Coaching

Each week, our Young Kings engage in powerful group coaching sessions, led by seasoned mentors and experts in leadership development.

Mentorship

Through personalized mentorship, they receive invaluable insights and guidance to navigate the challenges they face.

This is the cornerstone of our program, ensuring that every young king remains committed to their personal and leadership growth.

Culminating in a Cross-Country Road Trip

As the apex of this transformative experience, we cap off the program with a cross-country road trip. This epic adventure is designed to solidify the bonds forged during the weekly group coaching, expose our young kings to diverse perspectives, and provide real-world leadership experiences that will resonate for a lifetime.

Who is the YKLE for?

Any young man between the ages of 13 and 19 years of age can participate in the Young Kings Leadership Experience. There are exceptions. Please inquire for more details.

When does the next YKLE Cohort start?

The next YKLE Cohort begins on Sunday, February 1, 2026. Enrollment will close on Saturday, February 14, 2026 and sponsorships are due no later than Friday, February 27, 2026.

How much is the FULL scholarship?

A FULL scholarship will cover the total YKLE tuition minus $300. The YKLE tuition is $1,300.

What does the scholarship (YKLE Tuition) cover?

The FULL scholarship (YKLE tuition) will cover all meals, workbooks, YKLE t-shirts and supplies used to facilitate each weekly group coaching session. It is also includes the cross-country trip. With a FULL scholarship, there is no out-of-pocket expense for the Young King and his family except for monthly membership fee of $50. FULL scholarships are awarded to families dealing with economic hardships and disadvantages.

As a sponsor/partner, where does my donation go?

Your generous donation will go to Size Of a Man Foundation - our 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. On or around December 31, 2026, we will provide you with end-of-year charitable contributions report for tax purposes.
